They were highly recommended to a neighbor for whom they did a beautiful job, and in turn were recommended to my ex-wife and me for painting our respective houses. Fortino went above and beyond to ensure we were not only satisfied with the projects, but also suggested ways they could help save us money on needed repairs. In the case of my house, the crew saved me thousands for years by repairing an old garage door with bondo that I thought I’d need to replace, and then further strengthened the door panel when I inquired about the repair lifespan. They also solidly repaired a cracked long facia board closely integrated into my new roof that should have been replaced with the roof. The detail of my now-beautiful home’s exterior paint job is incredible; to this day eight months later, I can’t find a painting imperfection. I closely observed the crew’s work at my ex-wife’s house as well and the story was the same. The exterior caulking and painted is gorgeous and, again, thousands of dollars were saved with their bondo and caulking repairs for wood problems discovered in estimating the project. This included fixing water damage on beautiful protruding horizontal support beams above the main entry, areas adjacent to a deck on the back, and a rafter partially repaired recently when a new roof was installed. Many neighbors have commented in the following months on the beauty of the exterior paint job and how much value it has brought to the neighborhood. For this house, Fortino and his crew also did an impeccable job preparing and painting a complicated living room wall with peeling paint on very textured drywall and inset wall-to-wall bookshelves below. Fortino’s absolute commitment to customer satisfaction probably was best exemplified by the paint on a couple of the textured panels. When treatment and painting was completed, I expressed that it looked good, but there was a chance that some minor remaining texture imperfections might disappoint my ex-wife when she returned home to see. Immediately, despite being behind on another new job, Fortino volunteered to redo the questionable parts if there was any chance she would not like it – huge commitment to quality and customer satisfaction with Fortino and hi crew. And one of the best parts of working with him and them was how friendly they were. It was such a pleasure! PS They won’t turn down good coffee if you have it to offer.

Fortino and his crew painted our cabinets for a very large kitchen, stairwell and den and they do wonderful work! They are extremely easy to work with, and do a beautiful paint job along with keeping their work site clean and as accessible to the clients as possible. Starting from the estimate and schedule to when he and his crew showed up ready to work on time, Fortino takes his work seriously and the end product is durable and beautiful. The project was to prep and apply oil-based paint to most of the woodwork in my home and required masking and cutting in next to a contrasting wall color.
